Capital
Capital investment enables strategic initiatives and organizational development. Chicago Human Rhythm Project has grown between 15% and 50% every year for 7 consecutive years and has matched every contributed dollar with earned income from more programs in more communities serving more people. CHRP’s budget has grown from $216,000.00 in 2001 to $1,087,000.00 in 2008 and the number of people attending concerts, educational programs and community outreach programs has grown from 4,000 to 40,000. Strategic investments by the Chicago Community Trust, the Joyce Foundation and the MacArthur Fund for the Arts and Culture at the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation and Prince Charitable Trusts have enabled CHRP to become an important contributor to Chicago’s vibrant cultural community

Become a "Founder" and enable CHRP's growth and stability

For profit corporations, they call  it "capital investment." Nonprofit corporations also need investments to     grow whether by expanding staff, upgrading information systems and technology, expanding facilities or     launching new programs.
